• ALL Guests that sign NEW agreement with payment during the event will receive 10 tickets. 
• ALL New Consultants attending that started their business during the recognition quarter will receive 10 tickets upon sign-in.
 
NOTE: Additional tickets may be handed out throughout the event for bookings & etc.
 

 
ATTENDING GUEST & HOSTESS PRODUCT DRAWING CHANCES
(Only 1 form per each purchasing/attending guest or hostess)
 
QUALIFICATIONS of Guest & Hostess Product Drawing chances for this quarter is:
• Consultant or Director must have purchased a ticket to event AND attending event.
• Guest/Hostess must be attending event.
• Guest/Hostess must have purchased product (any amount) from Consultant/Director during quarter.
 
You must complete ONLY 1 "GUEST or HOSTESS Product Drawing Chances " form IN ADVANCE for EVERY ATTENDING GUEST/HOSTESS that has purchased ANY Mary Kay product during the quarter. ALL forms must be cut, completed, sorted and brought to the Money & Chances table before 6:30 PM on the night of the event.
 
NOTE: Each attending Consultant must bring 1 full retail size product ($15 retail value) with only a bow on it to the event for this drawing. The product prizes will serve as a display during event before they are given away.

CONSULTANT RECOGNITION

QUALIFICATIONS of Consultant Recognition for this quarter is:
• ALL weekly WAS submitted to Director.
• Ordered at least 50% wholesale of corresponding retail reported (may be more than 50% if building or initial inventory).

TOP 10 CONSULTANT FORM

You must complete the following "QC Recognition Card - CONSULTANT SALES" form IN ADVANCE for EVERY CONSULTANT with a TICKET & ATTENDING THE EVENT. ALL forms must be cut, completed, sorted and brought to the Tabulation table before 6:30 PM on the night of the event.

NOTE: Total Retail Sales is all sales reported on WAS by that consultant during quarter.

IMPORTANT: Consultants & Directors please follow these rules accordingly. This an honor system event and can only be as successful as the integrity of everyone participating. It only takes 1 "exception" to leak out and ruin it for those that did ALL the work. We want the winners to have actually earned their wins with full integrity!!!

CONSULTANT MONEY TREE CHANCES

(1 per every $100 retail sales)
• Consultant must have purchased a ticket to event.
• Consultant must be in attendance that night.
• Consultant must meet all the qualifications mentioned above for the Consultant Recognition.

You must complete 1 "QC Chance Tree - ATTENDING CONSULTANT" chance form IN ADVANCE for each $100 in retail sales during the recognition quarter AND turn in at the Money & Chances table before 6:30 PM on the night of the event..

DIRECTOR MONEY TREE CHANCES

(1 per every $100 retail sales)
• Director must have purchased a ticket to event.

DISTANT CONSULTANTS MONEY TREE CHANCES

Must live more than 1 hr. away in normal drive time
(1 per every $100 retail sales)

• Consultant must have purchased a ticket to event.
• ALL weekly WAS submitted to Director
• Ordered at least 50% wholesale of corresponding retail reported (may be more than 50% if building or initial inventory)

You must complete 1 "QC Chance Tree - DISTANT HOSTESS or CONSULTANT" chance form IN ADVANCE for each $100 in retail sales during the recognition quarter. ALL forms must be cut, completed, sorted and brought to the Money & Chances table before 6:30 PM on the night of the event.

NOTE: The number of chance forms filled out should correspond to the total sales reported during quarter on Weekly Accomplishment Sheets. Please coordinate with your Director for the chance forms to be received on-time during the event. There will be special Money Tree Drawing for Distant Consultants.

NOTE: This is NOT for local consultants unable to attend the event that night. It is for Consultants that are more than 1 hour drive time away.

DISTANT HOSTESSES WHO CANNOT ATTEND EVENT

Must live more than 1 hour away in normal drive time

QUALIFICATIONS of Distant Hostess Money Tree Chances
• Consultant/Director must have purchased a ticket to event.
• Hostess held a party with at least 2 guests besides themselves that consisted of a product demonstration with an opening, body and close (in person or video chat party).
• Hostess must live more than 1 hour away in normal drive time.

You must complete 1 "QC Chance Tree - DISTANT HOSTESS or CONSULTANT" chance form IN ADVANCE for each $100 in retail sales resulting from the party during the recognition quarter. ALL forms must be cut, completed, sorted and brought to the Money & Chances table before 6:30 PM on night of the event.

NOTE: Retail Sales includes party sales and outside/book sales by your hostess. There will be special Money Tree Drawings for Distant Hostesses.
If at all possible, we suggest that you still encourage your Distant Hostess to attend event. If she attends, then complete the Hostess Recognition & Money Tree Chances instead.

HOSTESS RECOGNITION
 
CONSULTANT MUST HAVE A PURCHASED TICKET & ATTEND EVENT for their HOSTESSES included in the Top 10 Recognition & Money Tree Chances
 
QUALIFICATIONS of Hostess Recognition for this quarter is: 
• Hostess must attend event. 
• Hostess is to have held a party during quarter with at least 2 guests besides themselves that consisted of a product demonstration with an opening, body and close.
 
TOP 10 HOSTESS FORM
You must complete the following "QC Recognition Card - HOSTESS" form IN ADVANCE for EVERY HOSTESS ATTENDING THE EVENT. ALL forms must be cut, completed, sorted and brought to the Tabulation table before 6:30 PM on the night of the event.
 
NOTE: Total Retail Sales is all sales generated by that hostess during the quarter, including outside orders and/or book sales.
 
HOSTESS MONEY TREE CHANCES 
(1 per every $100 retail sales)
 
• Hostess must be in attendance that night. 
• Hostess must meet all the qualifications mentioned above for the Hostess Recognition.
 
You must complete 1 "QC Chance Tree - ATTENDING HOSTESS" chance form IN ADVANCE for each $100 in retail sales during the recognition quarter. ALL forms must be cut, completed, sorted and brought to the Money & Chances table before 6:30 PM on the night of the event.

RAFFLE AT EVENT 
ALL Guests, Hostesses, Consultants & Directors can purchase raffle tickets with CASH ONLY during the event. The raffle prizes are supplied by each Director bringing 1 high quality raffle item (not MK product) valued at $50 or more, such as home decor, jewelry, handbags, gift cards (not MK), etc. 
 
The funds generated from the raffle will be used for the $100 Guest Drawing & added to the money tree that night. Winning raffle tickets will be pre-drawn by the raffle committee with prizes distributed to the winners during the end of the event. 
 
Raffle tickets will be sold as follows:
 
1 ticket - $2 
10 tickets - $5 
20 tickets - $8 
60 tickets - $20
 

 
 
SHARING $200 CASH DRAWING CHANCES

Unit Sharing with Director Follow-Up

QUALIFICATIONS of Sharing $200 Cash Drawing Chances:
• Director must have paid the $20 Quarterly Celebration Event participation fee within deadline.
• Client/Hostess/Guest over age 18 that has listened to a marketing presentation AND completed a follow-up with the Director during the quarter receives a chance.
• Winner need NOT BE PRESENT at event.

DIRECTORS ONLY complete 1 "QC Chance $200 - CLIENT or HOSTESS" chance form IN ADVANCE for each SHARING & FOLLOW UP completed for your unit during the quarter. ALL forms must be cut, completed, sorted and brought to the Money & Chances table before 6:30 PM on the night of the event.

NOTE: Each Director that has paid their participation fee can complete chance forms for ALL CONSULTANTS in their unit regardless of whether the consultant paid to participate in this event.

NEW CONSULTANTS: New Consultants that are processed through the company during the recognition quarter still only receive 1 chance form for the sharing & follow-up. Those New Consultants can be invited to attend the event either as a guest or by purchasing their own ticket (to be eligible for consultant/hostess recognition & money tree chances). When they attend, they will receive tickets to be entered into the $100 CASH Drawing that night.

QC Chance $200 - CLIENT or HOSTESS
 

 
 
STAR CONSULTANTS

ALL of the 3 following requirements must be met for a Consultant to be recognized as a STAR Consultant at the Quarterly Celebration:
• Consultant must have purchased ticket to event.
• Consultant must attend event.
• Director must report the estimate count and level for each participating consultant from her unit with the reporting deadline before the event.

CONSULTANT STAR RECOGNITION

You must complete the following "QC Recognition Card - CONSULTANT STAR" form IN ADVANCE for EVERY CONSULTANT with a TICKET & ATTENDING THE EVENT. ALL forms must be cut, completed, sorted and brought to the Star table before 6:30 PM. Each Star must bring their completed "QC Recognition Card - CONSULTANT STAR" to the event and turn it in at the Star Table, where they will receive their Star sash for the evening. ALL sashes will be collected at the end of the event.

NOTE: Directors you may want to check each Star for accurate wholesale, points and level. Star consultants with Directors who DO NOT REPORT their estimated Stars for this event will be asked to see their Director to receive their sash. The Director will then be instructed by a member of the Recognition Committee on how to proceed to receive a sash.

STAR DIRECTORS

ALL of the 3 following requirements must be met for a Consultant to be recognized as a STAR Consultant at the Quarterly Celebration:
• Director must have purchased ticket to event.
• Director must attend event.
• Director must report her estimate star level in the reporting deadline before the event.


DIRECTOR STAR RECOGNITION

You must complete the following "QC Recognition Card - DIRECTOR STAR" form IN ADVANCE for EVERY DIRECTOR with a TICKET & ATTENDING THE EVENT. ALL forms must be cut, completed, sorted and brought to the Star table before 6:30 PM. Each Star must bring their completed "QC Recognition Card - DIRECTOR STAR" to the event and turn it in at the Star Table, where they will receive their Star sash for the evening. ALL sashes will be collected at the end of the event.

NOTE: Directors who DO NOT REPORT their estimated Star level within the deadline prior to this event may forfeit the opportunity to wear the sash.

Consultants that have SOLD their ticket to another consultant must report the transfer to Deanna's office via email spillmanoffice@gmail.com to complete the transfer. Exchange of money must be completed between consultants.

The email must include the following:
• Full Names of the Seller and the Buyer
• Name of the Seller's Director, and name of the Buyer's Director

 
TRANSFER DEADLINE is the Wednesday morning prior to the event by 10 AM. No exceptions or on-site transfers will be accepted after the deadline. Thanks!
